• Pictures will show up in the order you select them. At the current time, unless you delete the picture(s) that are out of order and re-load them, that is the order they will be. 
• We are in the process of having the option to move pictures in the order you want after they have been uploaded.  

This feature is being programmed into the app as of 9/10/23, and should be ready by 10/1/23.

• Yes. When you upload a picture, you will see a white box below the picture. Tap on the white box and you can then type in up to 100 characters of text to comment on the picture.
• You can also add text directly on the photo if you press and hold the photo. Wait for the photo editor to appear, and then select the text color, and begin typing.

• You can go back into the app and edit any of the fields again, and then finish the process at the end.  
• Or you can use any pdf editor to make any changes or updates to your pdf. However, if you use a pdf editor outside of the app, the changes will not appear in the information saved within insta-spect.

• PDFs are stored in the insta-spect cloud for life. So anytime you need to add, edit, or update any PDF created within insta-spect, just login, search for the client by last name and or address, go into the report, make any changes and once you generate the pdf, a new copy is saved in the cloud storage.
• You can also download any pdf on to your own device, or tablet and save and or store where ever you store your client files.
  • *Reminder, if you save the pdf on your device, and use a pdf editor to change any info on a completed report, those changes will not be made on the insta-spect pdf file.

• Pricing is simple. The first 7 days is free, and then on day 8 you are charged $29.99 per month until you cancel the subscription within the play-store you purchased the app.
  • Insta-spect (TSSG) does NOT control the billing process individually for the app. All billing options, features, notices we setup within the play stores, but are handled, managed and conducted by Google Play and Apple Play stores respectfully.

No. insta-spect OI is specific to the 4 insurance inspections (4 Point, Wind Mit, Roof Certification, and WDO), so it does not have a complete home inspection aspect as of yet. So we developed insta-spect as an add on feature to focus on the 4 insurance inspections, because we found as inspectors ourselves, this feature in other home inspection software was lacking, and did not provide the simplicity that we provide with insta-spect.

Not at this time. insta-spect CI is on the schedule to be launched in beta by June 2024 (if not sooner)

• Cancellations must be submitted via the play-store you purchased the app through.
  • Apple: on your phone go into settings, subscriptions, locate the subscription and select cancel.
  • Android(Google) log into your google account, select apps, select subscriptions, locate insta-spect, select cancel.

• Sign out of the and then sign back in. 
• Uninstall the app and reinstall it. 

• The final pdf follows the state approved formats provided via Citizens Insurance.
• Any modifications will not be made unless notice of approval from Citizens has been accepted to stay in compliance with Citizens Insurance.
